Tim Kennedy for N.Y. State Senator

I will work to create jobs and economic opportunities for all Western New Yorkers. To do this, we must expand economic development, explore green job opportunities, make WNY energy work for WNY and create incentives for businesses to grow. I will make a commitment to small businesses in particular, ensuring that they have the tools and resources necessary to gradually add jobs.

Albany is broken. The system is dysfunctional, abetted by corruption and a failure to accurately perceive the wants and needs of WNY. We have to change not only the system but also the way the people who run this system regard WNY. We need change on every level, change that I am prepared to deliver to the residents and taxpayers of WNY when I am elected State Senator!

We need to cut taxes. All Western New Yorkers are feeling the pinch, especially during these tough economic times. An outdated Medicaid equation places too much of a burden on WNY, increasing our taxes and driving out businesses and our youth. We need to reform Medicaid today to secure WNY's future for tomorrow.
